My guarantee: Packages

Full refund: You are entitled to 100% refund if ALL of the following are true.

  • If we are within 30 days of the invoice date
  • Less than 25% of the work has been completed and delivered
  • You complete your obligations as a client (see below)

Partial refund: You are entitled to a partial refund if ALL of the following are true.

  • If we are within 30 days of the invoice date
  • If more than 25% of the work is complete, then refund will be prorated based on what I have already delivered. Example: 50% of the work = 50% refund
  • You complete your obligations as a client (see below)

No refund: You are not entitled to a refund if ANY of the following are true.

  • If we are beyond 30 days of invoice date, no refunds will be granted
  • If I have completed 100% of the work, no refunds will be granted
  • You did not complete your obligations as a client (see below)

My guarantee: Monthly Retainer Clients

Full refund: You are entitled to 100% refund for the current month if ALL of the following are true.

  • Less than 25% of the work for that month has been completed and delivered
  • You complete your obligations as a client (see below)
  • You notify me in writing within 2 calendar days of your monthly renewal date that you wish to cancel your monthly retainer agreement

Partial refund: You are entitled to a partial refund for the current month if ALL of the following are true.

  • If more than 25% of the work is complete for that month, then refund will be prorated based on what I have already delivered. Example: 50% of the work = 50% refund
  • You complete your obligations as a client (see below)
  • You notify me in writing within five calendar days of the monthly renewal date that you wish to cancel your monthly retainer agreement

No refund: You are not entitled to a refund for the current month if ANY of the following are true.

  • If I have completed 100% of the work, no refunds will be granted for that month
  • You did not complete your obligations as a client (see below)
  • You fail to notify me in writing, or notify me in writing six days or more beyond your monthly renewal date that you wish to cancel your monthly retainer agreement

No refund on previous month’s retainer fees. 

Upgrade/downgrade monthly retainer services.

You can upgrade or downgrade your monthly retainer services or package at no charge if ALL of the following are true.

  • You notify me in writing at least 5 business days before the end of your month that you want to upgrade/downgrade your level of service.
  • You completed your obligations as a client (see below)
  • No work has been completed in advance for the new month.

 

 

No fine print. No ifs, ands, or buts.

Your obligation as a client:

  • Complete the customer intake form within 7 days of purchase.
  • Approve all drafts / make draft changes within 2 business days of delivery.
  • Provide complete and accurate contact information with whoever is assigned to work with me on this project within 2 business days of invoice.
  • Provide admin access to your Facebook page for the duration of the project within 7 business days of invoice.

Your deliverables:

  • Emails will be delivered as plain text files that can be copied and pasted into your autoresponder or email system. How-to instructions provided.
  • Emails can be styled with graphics and logos at an additional charge.
  • Installation and implementation in your autoresponder or email system is not included but can be arranged for an additional fee.
  • Messenger chat bots will be built using a commercial platform. The account will be created in your business name and turned over to your business unless you are a monthly retainer client. Retainer clients will receive their account when our retainer agreement is terminated.
